1. This offer entitles customer to 1 Free promotional activity box from Einstein Box on purchase of select Hindustan Unilever Limited products (specially marked Junior Horlicks Products) in select cities of India.
2. The offer will be open to all Indian residents above the age of 18 purchasing for children aged 2-6 years of age.
3. The Einstein Box will be dispatched within 3-4 weeks of successful validation.
4. Delivery available only within India.
5. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or Hindustan Unilever Limited are not responsible for incorrect shipping details provided by the participant.
6. No request to change the activity in the Einstein Box will be entertained.
7. No request to change the delivery address will be entertained once the booking is placed on the promotional website.
8. All contents in the Einstein Box are child-friendly.
9. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or Hindustan Unilever Limited is not responsible for the design, quality, safety, suitability, or usability of the contents of the Einstein Box. Any concerns, complaints, or issues regarding the contents or usage of the Einstein Box must be directly addressed to the manufacturer or brand owner of the Einstein Box.
10. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or Hindustan Unilever Limited shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of the Einstein Box. 
11. In case of damages to the box on delivery or some items are missing on receipt of Einstein Box, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the package by writing to us at horlicksjuniorpromotion@bigcity.in.

General Terms & Conditions
1. This offer is not available to employees, dealers and trade partners of Hindustan Unilever Limited products and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd, its clients or agencies and their immediate families.
2. Offer valid in select cities.
3. The operational part of the scheme like handling of Gift, Distribution of the Gift shall be managed by the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd; However, Scheme scratch card/voucher will be distributed through Hindustan Unilever Limited.
4. Minimum delivery time required to deliver the gifts is 21 working days from confirmation of customer’s information.
5. Any complaints regarding the non-delivery of the product should be made within 7 days from the time of dispatch of the products by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. After 7 days, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. will not entertain requests pertaining to non-delivery of products post 7 days from date of dispatch.
6. As a practice, courier companies try to deliver the product 2 times to the customer if at the first instance courier company couldn’t reach the customer for variety of reasons such as (not limiting to) Customer not at home, number switched off, change of delivery address, office address, wrong address etc. If the product is returned in such cases, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable to dispatch the products to the customer.
7. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to refuse returns or replacements in instances where the merchandise quality and attributes have been tampered or changed by the End User. This covers any damages caused to the merchandise on daily usage or due to negligence or misuse.
8. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with or as a result of the facility shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore only.
9. Goods once delivered cannot be replaced under any circumstances.
10. The offer is open to residents of India only & who are above 18 years of age.
11. This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations.
12. The “Delivery Mechanic” instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.
13. A shipping fee of Rs.49/- to be paid by the customer at the time of booking.
14. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any failed or incomplete transactions. All such queries are to be taken up with the customer banking partner.
15. The usage of this scratch card/voucher is incumbent upon few conditions to be followed by the voucher holder. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder.
16. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for sale. This voucher has no monetary value, is nontransferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
17. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
18. Only one voucher code per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together.
19. A maximum of one (01) voucher code can be availed per person, per mobile number, per email ID, per household, per address, per month, up to a maximum of two (02) voucher codes during the promo on period.
20. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd and Hindustan Unilever Limited will offer product warranty in case it is offered by manufacturer and all claims towards warranty need to be taken up with the manufacturer/distributor directly.
21. Under this Promotion, the Vouchers are being offered directly by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or Hindustan Unilever Limited is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to this Voucher and the prize offered with this Voucher.
22. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. or Hindustan Unilever Limited reserves the right to change the terms and of this scheme, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at their sole discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability.
23. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. and Hindustan Unilever Limited shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the Voucher. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention, or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
24. Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. and Hindustan Unilever Limited is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this Promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this Promotion.
25. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
26. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter’s Promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
27. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will have no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc beyond the applicable period of the Promotional offer.
28. This offer is valid till stocks last. And Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd & Hindustan Unilever Limited reserve the right to terminate, modify or extend this offer, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason.
29. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd & Hindustan Unilever Limited agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured products.
30. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd & Hindustan Unilever Limited agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
31. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
32. Hindustan Unilever Limited does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered as vouchers under the Offer. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd marketing of such a product or service.
33. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore.
